Is double clutching on take off o.k. to do in our cars or is that just an import thing? If so, how do you go about doing it?

last time i checked double clutching was used when slowing down and downshifting in vechicles that didnt have synchros
are you referring to butterflying the clutch? where u just tap it in a bit untill you gain traction?
