nope they probley run low 17's stock 3.4's are very restricted that is why we have a bigger aftermarket then 3.8's cause we have more to improve on look into getting some headers

I think its very possible to get high 15s with the mods. he is right about the car bieng restrictive, my car has no top end but I think the 3.42s plus 5-speed are a nice combo to have. Watch that alt pulley, been known to cause charging problems. You might want ot do headers and I reccomend a bigger then stock I-pipe, I got one for free of a z28, (2.75in. over the stock 2.25 in on our cars), or you can buy one. I would power shift the hell out of the car, too, you have a clutch so you won't have many slippage issues. (like me occasionaly), if you do in the staigng lanes rev motor high and ride the clutch to heat it up a little before you race.
Do you have any tractoin problems? Also what were your times before?
I am pretty sure i ran 16.41@81mph or something close to that.the mph may be wrong..it was last summer at bristol...
I beat a modded eclipse RS in that race
that's the only time i ran...and that was with my current mods minus the new clutch...
yeah now i have a little axle hop, plus my tranny mount is wore down i'm for sure...because it feels like it's hoping at low speeds not just off the line...so when i get all that fixed, i should be ok..

ok where can i get the driveshaft?
plus i was wondering can i get an oem replacement limited slip differential like from auto zone or something for a z-28....will that work?
we have the same rear ends right?
i'll only do that if it's alot cheaper than the slp one...but will it work?
thanx for answering all these questions i apreciate it a whole bunch :D
