I think you alredy have LSD?!? I thought that if you have the 3.42s you have the LSD? I know that the 3.08s and 3.23 have an open rear.
Correct me if im wrong!
Big cam. Big stall. Big nuts.<br /><br /><a href=\"http://www.streetlethal.net/vids2/joenastycam.MPG\" target=\"_blank\">Idle/Rev Clip.</a>
he may have lsd, he may not. if you ever have the rear wheels of the ground, spin one rear tire. if the opposite tire spins backwards, it's an open diff., if it spins the same way, it's lsd. a Torque converter in the 2800-3200 stall range will put you into the 14's easily, just be sure you put in a external transmission cooler. B&M makes one for our cars. This is just to deal w/ the extra heat from the converter slipping to 2800-3200 rpms instead of the stock 1800 rpm's. if you chose to do 3.73's, make sure you put in Lsd if you don't already have it.
Also, if you get a aluminum or carbon fiber driveshaft, you'll drop a tenth or 2. lighter driveshafts allow more engine power to be put to the ground as well as allowing the engine to rev quicker, getting you into the sweet spot in the powerband.
