    It is very simple to make the device to tighten the belt. You need to take a small 3" c-clamp and cut the foot off of the clamp. Now get a bolt with a large enough head to extend the threaded portion of the c-clamp. Hook the c-clamp over the tensioner bracket and position the bolt in line with the threaded portion of the c-clamp to apply downward pressure on the spacer between the pully and the tensioner bracket. Loosen the tap on the tensioner pully and simply turn the c-clamp against the bolt to push the pully down against the belt. Then re-tighten the tap on the tensioner pully. You can get it VERY tight this way so be sure you don't over tighten it because it is very easy to do.

        Man, I'm sure you'll figure out what is wrong with it because if I spent $4000 and ran a 14.93 I would rip that sucker out and kick a field goal with it. :D You should be running like a 14 or 14.2 wort case. Good luck. [img]graemlins/fluffy.gif[/img]
