track times

Ok, so the last time I was at the track I was pulling some real bad 60' times.

My best 60' being 2.398 with a 15.446 1/4 at 91.78. That 60' was at 90 degrees/60% hum. and spinning my bald Michelin VR4s that were on the car when I bought it.

I just put a set of BFG G-Force T/A KDWs on all corners and on the street I'm glued to the road except when dumping the clutch at 4500.

I'm going to Cecil County next weds and depending on the weather I hope to be in the low 15, high 14 range with my ~92 trap speed.

Am I being too optimistic? What do you guys think I will do?

I bought an Autotap and hope to have it by then so I can get some logs.

91 is a great trap. Just curious about Wed. @ Cecil. is it set up the same as a friday night? when u drive in, you get that card and then stage? are test and tune nights the same as a street night?

Youll just have to see what the weather is like to determine if you'll be able to hit 14s or not IM "my AIM name is in my sig" Annd we all can meet up there on Weds nite.

Great, there is also another guy from the forum gonna be up there, I think he has a green '96 RS.
I'll check you out when I get there, should be around 7. This weds would have been awesome but they weren't open. It is set up the same as a friday but I like weds nights better mainly becuase it is a better crowd and you can also make a lot more runs since there is less people. I made 7 runs in about 2 hours and my buddy made 14 by the end of the night.
