Please everyone posts what you have ran and the mods you have. Also how possible would it be to run low 14's in a 3.8 with about $1000 in mods? I was wondering if you could get a 3.8 and beat new Stang GTs in it, if you had a few mods. Also, would you better off to stall your car up before u take off in a drag race or just floor it when you get the light?

Low 14's for $1000. I think the only possibility is to run the juice, nitrous. ;) Then with whatever money you got left, you gotta plant that power to the ground (LCA,PHR,LSD) and so on. This is what I would recommend. I'm sure most people would agree with me. Good luck and welcome to the board. For $1000, your only option to run low 14's is nitrous. Then maybe do some more small mods and you should be able to beat newer stock GT's and destroy the older ones (pre-99).Black \'97 Camaro w/ CAI, catback
