  • raced using a g-tech

Last night my friend let me borrow his g-tech pro and i did some testing. I ran a 15.9 quarter mile. I have 80 series flows with a 3.08 gear. Do you think this thing is accurate.

    NO

take it to the track and see what you really run if you spin the tires at all the readsarnt right and its not that accurate anyways

a 15.9 is definitely possible with 3.08's. The g-tech is somewhat accurate, but you wont know for sure unless you go to the track.

I've run with a g-tech before and it is very inaccurate. My friend ran his Civic several times with it and his times varied from a 17.5 to a 16.1!!

            G tech = crap!!!

            I have used it before.
It told me that I run anywhere from 14.2 to 15.8 on 4 back to back runs, at this point in my racing experience I was running high to mid 15's

The G-tech is crap, but I agree with Loochy88- a 15.9 is possible with 3.08s and flowmaster
