I got my weld prostar 15x3.5 skinnys i have the spacer and everything they have kumho skinnys mounted to them when i am going like 55 i can feel alot of vibrations is this normal. I took them to Discount tire to be balanced they were really off so they got balanced and that made it better now i dont really feel it till about 65-70 is this normal.

No its not normal at all.. you shouldn't feel any vibrations.
