• Critque time on my first track outing. Warning 1/8th mi.

Well this was my first time out to the track, and like it says it was only an 8th mile but here are the times. Hopefully you all can tell me how crappy I did. Oh BTW I have a 97 3.8 with only SLP CAI and Flowmaster80 series cat back as my only mods with 3.08 gears. :(

e/t 1/8 10.2788
R/T .7734
60 FT .23963
330 FT 6.69
MPH 69.00

1/8 E/T 10.27
R/T 00.98
60 FT. 02.40
330 FT. 06.69
MPH 69.01

I had 3 more but the worst one for the night was the last with me beating a civic here our times.

E/T 1/8--12.59----------10.41
R/T------01.02----------01.10 (Yes Steve I know I was sleeping)
60 FT----02.52----------02.45
330 FT---08.18----------06.79
MPH------54.43----------68.55

Well thats it. I thow myself on the mercy of the track gods ;) and ask for their critque of my first outing. :D Thanks!

Wow... you have some decent top end. I was getting the same 60' times as you last week, but my 1/8ths were 10.4ish. I think you've got 15's on the 1/4 with that setup.

Congrats.

What was the weather like?

Wow, great times for that heat and 3.08's.
I am fighting for 15.9 this year with a similar setup.

Can't wait to hear your 1/4 times when you can get them.

your 60' times could use a little more working on. I know it's tough with 308s. Are you bogging out of the hole, or spinning?

Yeah I think I was bogging down just a little bit. :( I was able to bring her up to 2 grand with out the tires going so that may have been it. Maybe it would have been better if I would have stayed around 1800? I was honestly afraid of spinning though, Pathogen had issues with that when we ran. She was spinning bad her first run.
