Do you have any suspension work done? I've forgotten .... but it seems like getting some of that to the ground would be tough, but you didn't account for a Rear sway bar or RLCAs, torque arm, bushings ... etc ...

Just curious. Keep up the good work!

Yeah, I feel like giving up too, but I try to make it inspire me, especially since Keith has an auto

Thanks guys..

I did forget about the suspension..

I have BMR LCA's, poly torque arm and trans mount bushings.. I have WS6 take-off shocks which I think are actually hurting me.. they only costed $25 though.

The TA Creations price is unbeatable. I am getting an engine with half my miles for only $411.. not bad at all.

I think more 3.8 A4 folks could be running solid 14.3-14.5's if they wanted to... The real key is running enough converter and setting up the car to 60ft at least in the 1.8's...

IMO Keith is a bigger converter, shift points, and a slick away from 12's on motor.

IMO he could squeeze out a 10 second nitrous pass but I'm not sure his drivetrain can take a 200 shot off the line on a big slick.

if i can cut a 2.14 on t-rated 245/50/16 tires...
imagine what i can do with 245/60/15 drag radials...

Yeah well I cut a 1.8 60' on 3 year old 255/45/ZR17 tires. So suck it!

sweet deal magnus

your going to pull those front wheels clean off the track when you hit the nitrous, no doubt in my mind.

I hope so!!

I'm not sure how to launch with nitrous though.. These are my two options.

My turn on is arming switch and wot switch.

Flash the converter like I do NA.. from around 1300 RPM's.. watch my tach and flip the switch around 3000 RPM's before the converter hits.. This way it will hit much harder..

OR.. arm the nitrous, and brake stall it to 2500 and flash it from there.. as soon as I go WOT the nitrous will hit.

I'm leaning towards #2.. I'll try to brake torque it as high as possible and then let the nitrous flash the converter even higher.

well I'm still not sure. I want it to be perfect.
