I went 14.0@94 on a 1.8 60' stock heads/cam.

14.90 spinning on a car with stock heads,cam, converter,tires,lid, no suspension and a dynomax muffler
the slowest "good" run was a 15.2. the 15.5 was on Crappy tires, couldnt hookComment

All stock motor (from intake manifold to the exhaust manifold), open rear- 3.23 gear, stock 215s GAs... :D
