also if u can't read he didn't say he ran 11's he said he ran against an 11 sec car and LOST by 2 cars... jesus... thats why this board only has 200 active memebers out of what 3000 sum... going fast isn't the only way to help promote teh v6 community its respecting new people and urging them to try and beat out the #1 so there will be faster and faster cars there is no reason for anyone to have their heads up anyones *** ...

Had he not listed his mods, I would be skeptical.
Now that he has & I don't see any conflicts in them (no offense, but it really happens all the time, i.e. posi, blah blah blah, torsen, blah blah) my first reaction is to believe him. At least about losing only two cars and having all those mods. Hopefully the 11sec car wasn't lying about being an 11sec car [img]smile.gif[/img] .
My advice to you, get a camcorder. It is not too much to ask, james & magnus both have camcorder shots of at least some of their runs, and if I were going out to break a record I would make damn sure I had something to record it with. Borrow one, rent one (gotta be a rent-a-center around?), buy one, take it back when done (a little unethical, but could be done in a bind).
Because you know by the reaction here, noone is going to believe you without it, and a timeslip can be doctored.
Do I think you can do it? Its up in air as far as I'm concerned. 160 shot is a lot, but the lack of slicks may hurt some.

One other piece of advise. Too many ppl have thrown around too much bs on this board for most to take talk seriously. How did you get rid of the speed limiter?
How do you hook with just 275 50 15's?
What kit and how is it set up?
What jet size is that 160 shot?
How do the pistons and crank hold up to a 100 shot?
Air temp module and nitrous? You do know the air temp module advances your timing correct?
Platinum plugs and nitrous? Hmmm, I'm no nitorus expert but to my knowledge platinum plugs and nitrous are a no no.
Z 28 rear + 160 shot = blown rear and axles

With a 160 shot I'd hope you would hit the 11's. That's a lot of nitrous.
Your car doesn't seem to have an ideal drag setup though... which might hold you back.. you have weight reduction but also weight addition like STB and subframes.
