In my opinion, headers for our cars don't flow much more than the stock manifolds, certainly not worth $300 or more to me, but thats just my opinion

I think he was asking how much ignition timing you had retarded...Most people on 100shot or higher retard the timing a bit for safety. Was yours timing stock?

Anybody have any problems from your MSD Box? Mine was buzzing overly loud the whole night, normal or not?

Wooops, sorry. Yeah I didn't retard the timming at all. My main goal of the night was to run a new best and blowing the motor really wasn't a concern

I've been trying different things and found around 1800 works the best for me

                      Awesome!! THat's very cool!

I'm very curious as to what went wrong internally. I'll be doing the same thing soon and I'd like to use the 150 shot without grenading.

                      Very impressive.

No I didnt drive the car home, it would crank but would not fire. I removed the valve covers and I know what happened. I don't know exactly what caused the motor to rev so high, my rev limiter is set at 6200, anyway what happened was the motor over reved and compressed the valve springs, I could easily push them down with my fingers, I pulled the heads and it actually looks pretty good, hand cranked the motor and all pistons came up and down so there isnt amything wrong internally. Guess I will have to investigate a little more and see what actually took place
