Hey all of you guys are lucky the speedway i race at is above a mile above sea level and and so my car runs relly slow time. Stock i put up a 17 flat and after a grand worth of mods i am down to a 15.96. So all i know is elevation and weather are a huge part of a cars times.

There is your answer right there I think. Weather conditions, humidity, temp, all make a difference, and Wickedsix has experience to back that up.

Best run of the night was a 15.890 at 85 MPH. This is with the subs in, normal tire PSI and air filter taken out. When i ran with the stock rims i ran a 15.82. So this time is my best so far with the new rims. Still having traction problems with 2.3 60' times. Could be due to normal PSI in tires prolly. Friend of mine with a 3.4 A4 ran a 16.9 n/a, than a 15.2 with NOS! I want NOS but im scared to break something =(. Anyways thanks for all your advice..BTW took out the washers from the air box raise.. Didnt make much a difference.. ran a lil slower. Until next time..

I was at the track too. I ran a 16.8 in my 3.4 M5. Subs, seats, spare tire and all in the car. Struggled for the time but I wasn't going home until I broke into the 16 mark that night. My 1/8 time was 10.494 at Irwindale and at LACR i struggled to get out of 11's. Yesterday was bad a** arnaldo. Thanx for the invite. It was fun
