Ehh... thats not average, most of them are modded out brother. From what I understand, your talking about the ole buick 3.8 liter, which in a camaro with 3.08s ( standard for autos ) will run high 15's, low 16's, and with 3.42 (some had them ) mid 15s to high 15's... all in all not bad for being little brother compared to the V8!

A 3.8 with 3.42s can run mid to low 15s with minimal mods (intake, exhaust, nothing too special)

let's not start on this again. Unless you'd like. Someone on this board ran 15.3 with 3.08s. I'm going to say your boy Pinoy can't drive then.

                      I ran 15.8 in a 5-speed, lots of bad launch3es, only 3=4 runs... 2.3 60'

                      probable a 15.6 car.

                        My '00 V6 (3.42's, LSD stock, A4) (same engine as 96-97's) ran a 15.1 bone stock. Got down to 14.9 with a cutout, and ghetto-made ram air/whisper lid :D

You can see that's a hard question to answer.

Why do you ask? You got a race lined up?

Also it doesn't matter what they ran stock, those cars are gonna have miles and or mods on them which will change things

Location plays a huge roll, as well as track conditions the day the # was run.

I have a 1998 firebird; motor trend tested the 1998 at 15.1x not sure what model it was though, or where it was for that matter.

I made three passes the best was a 16.16, that's with 70,000 plus miles and no burn out.
I have made a lot of money in my life, most of which I spent on cars and women.<p>The rest I have blown.
