yeah that was all of us... we saw youre car but didnt see what room you went into. car sounded good though, jeff mistaked it for the SS ;)

well i quess i wasnt the only one who had a shltty but fun time. my day sucked so bad my battery died in the staging lanes! my car died on me 3 times during that 4 hour trek to get there, and i am not even going to mention my run. thats how bad that sucked, but it was cool seeing the sick sixx again. i wish i had stayed with you guys, but my day was going so bad, i just wanted to get home safely, get in my bed and cry. the one thing the slp did do for me was help me give up on my car. i have decided that as soon as it is paid off i will try a V8 swap.

Yeah, watching all of those LS1s run was an eye-opener for me also. Forced me to put things in perspective. I mean, with the crappy weather, they were still putting down some good numbers. The LS1 is definately a monster. Nevertheless, I'm not unhappy with my car. It will always be a N/A V6. If I want more power, I'll get a 'Vette or an "old school" street rod. My dream car is a 70 chevelle!

I decided that after I get my port and polished throttle body back, I'm done with performance mods. I'm gonna buy me some Torq-Thrust wheels and just "enjoy" the car for now on. I've spent my whole time with the car modding and looking forward to the next mod. Gonna keep racing it, and if I never hit a low 14, then so be it.

I remember seeing you! hehe, you drove up and i was lookin through the hotel window thinkin "hmm do we know that guy?" but didn't recognize you obviously. But ya I was at the hotel for a little bit before I drove back to college station...we were waiting for the beer run. :D

My friend and I had a very wild night out on the town saturday night and didn't get back to the hotel till like 3. that when I noice your guys cars I was hoping to see some of you guys we left sunday are 9 am we were staying in room 111. If they are having the race there next year and I still have my car I will make sure I go down there again. I felt kinda bad having a V6 there, there were so many V8 there almost want to make me cry, I was just thinking Damn these people have a lot of money.
