  • My car sucks :(

    Went to track tonight....

hit all low 16s@84ish mph, modified my exhasut more...

hit a 16.030@87, but had a 2.39 60' do to horrible horrible horrrible horrible horrible horrible track prep, but my mph was looking pretty good compared to before.

Als since we got rained out before 8:30, we usually get to use our entrance tickets as raincheck tickets for another day, but we had a delay, we waited till 8:45 about 20-30 minutes after it drizzled to check the track, they ran 4 cars then it drizzled again and said no Rain checks.

Also screwd a freind of mine out of money, he paid $15 to run, tech wouldn't let him run without a helmet(New rule at this track, I know its a NHRA rule) he goes back to get his $5 back since he is only watching they say tough Luck.

Overall it was a Bull**** night and I hate cars and racing now...

    Well, don't worry.
Everyone has good and bad days.
You can not expect that each time you go back to the track you will run new bests.
I have had many many depressing days at the track.
    I was crushed when i went from a 100 shot spinning to a 12.49 and upped to a 125 and went 12.48?!?!?!

    Don't worry man

I am not too worried more worried about the track conditions, and the rip off at the track...

Basically spent $15 to only run form 6:30-8:15, kinda sh|tty if oyu ask me...

I fixed what my problem was... Jsut wasn't able to get a clean run in after I fixed it.

I know jsut week earlier pulled tiems .5 seconds faster...

And week later I pulled better times in a setup I expected to make me slower but more consistent.

I think it was jsut conditions, and got sent home early cuz of rain.

My car sort of did something yesterday anyways, 400 miles on atank, not sure I ever did that before, and I raced to cars, and topped it out on the high way twice. About 1/3 city, 2/3 highway driving.
