Yes, tonight is the night.... WE shall see what happens.. I'm just in it for fun, so whatever happens, happens.. Since we aren't going extrmeme on the exchange of cash, I'm not being serious.. It is a blast racing someone who can beat me but not by much when I race.. I always seem to race again the Stang GT's spraying 150 Hp shot and running 13.7 to my 15.9/16.0. I'll setup my car the way I did last time and take off the sway bar and see what happens..

I've never found lowering the tire pressure to be helpful. It actually slowed me down. I'll run 30-35psi all around.

Yeah, with his mods, lowering the rear tires to 20 is likely killing his MPH. 30psi no lower IHO. I lost 3 mph and almost a second when I lowered my rear psi to 20... :(

Fronts to 40 is good though.

Good luck with the race... maybe you dont' want to mention the rear tire thing ;)

also, i ran best with 20 psi in my rears. infact i run them like that when i want to go out street racing, and im talkin about street tires too.

Zach...you have way more gear and power with the headers/cam etc...

This other car sounds near stock... i would expect far different results?

Good news and double bad news....

My car wasn't running that great tonight, but I still won, But after the third run I screwed soemithgn up pretty bad in my clutch/transmission :(

And for the other bad news, they had a dyno, get 3 pulls for $50 at the track tonight, I was gonna run it after the 3rd run, but huge tranny problems so I limped the car home and sporting the girlfriend's who is out of the country Cavalier :(

But I won all three races, even had a few carlenths
