• uh, yeah improvement, but....

The Rock sucked tonight. I only managed to get in 2 runs.

Still a new best though.....

2.20 60'
6.146 330'
9.39 1/8
76.15 1/8 mph
12.154 1000'
14.473 1/4
96.42 1/4 mph

That was my first run. First run with the new cam and nitto's. I bogged the launch a bit, then I swear I bounced off the rev limiter in 3rd b/f I made it to the 1/4.

.25 and 2.14 mph better than my previous best. If i can figure out how to get a 2.0 60' I'll be rolling.

Pretty much just the basic stuff:
w-lid, ghetto homemade ram air, 160 tstat, fan switch, gutted 3 inch cat, 3 inch s pipe, z28 cb w/ cutout, LSD, one peice steel DS, TB spacer, ZZP GT cam(210/210 .507/.507 111ls), stock ls1 vs, zzp modded retainers, P&P intake manifolds, stock '93 lt1 injectors, & nitto DR

stock suspension, and stock exhaust manifolds

Some weight reduction: back seats, front sway, amp & sub

3/4 a tank of gas, tools, jack, & spare still in the car.

This was my first time to the track on nitto's so I certainly don't have the burn out process and the launch down yet. If the weather is good I'll go Thrusday Night to my normal track. Where I should be able to get in 10-15 runs.
