• 2nd place in Camaro vs Firebird today!!

Yup, 2nd place, but the rear paid the price.

I had more gas in the car than normal.
Car w/o driver was 3020 lbs
Car w/ driver was 3240 lbs

Skinnies at 42 psi
Drag's at 19.5 psi
Hal's set to full loose
Air temp, coldest was 62 and the temp rose from there. It probably reached into the mid 70's

I rolled around the water box, no burn out, rolled to the line, staled the verter just a bit to 1200, light went green, I floored it, spun one tire, rear made nasty noises, after that it went down hill from there :(

I broke out and lost. I hit the brakes but not enough

I took 2nd place!!!
1 small trophy and 1 big trophy
Round 7-9 the rear would grind, groan, whine and so on. Top end the *** end would shimmy.

If you wanna play, you must be prepared to pay

Nice, too bad about the rear end though, I must be nice being able to make nine passes. Your first pass was impressive. Why weren't you on the bottle though?

You need get your new times on the Timeslips page, you bump like 2 people.

I destroyed the rear n/a, bottle would have killed it.

Actually the bird is now a 1 wheel wonder so juicing it would have been a waste.

I submitted my new times but I gotta wait for Keith to update it

First 3 runs were time trials, not actual rounds in the event.
