    I hot lapped a 14.17 5 minutes after this run, but my clutch was slipping. Apparently that is weak link in my drive train. I'm hoping it was just b/c it was hot and that I can throw some more abuse at it. Ok, well a brother needs some more gear. On my 2 sub 14.2 passes I was hitting the rev limiter in third before the 1/4. I set a mph best of 97.02 on a 14.37 pass. This is on a stock suspension with the exception of an airbag in the right rear. I'm also still runing the stock exhaust manifolds.

    Oh and I had too much gas, 6.25 gallons...

          Congrats Seppo. With your GT cam, did you have to change out any internals? I'm looking into the VS or GT cam from zzperformance.

            I changed to stock LS1 valve springs. They are suppose to be good up to .525 lift. But you don't have to.

            As for my R/T, its not so easy to get the revs up to 3500 rpms between when I'm staged and the lights start going down. I've only been drag racing for a little over 3 months now, so I still have a good bit of driver skill to learn.

                Wow Seppo...nice time! What your mods again....are they the same as on your homepage? The ghetto intake, cam and ls1 springs? Damn, im impressed! Is this on street tires? How does that GT cam feel? Looks like it helped out a whole lot. Might be something i should look into...
