With aftermarket heads/cam, a good suspension setup, a good tire, and maybe some weight reduction sure. I'm going to try to do it w/out the weight reduction.

That's what I would like to do before going forced. Even if it was a 14.999 I would freak out with excitement. I know 3.4's can do this all motor, just no one here has done it. Maybe we should try magic dust, or pray our cars become factory freaks. :D As for now I'm working on getting to the 15's. Gears and lsd go on this weekend.

Yes it is very do-able to get a 3.4 N/A into the 14's. I'd say with heads, cam, gears, lsd, driveshaft, headers, intake, exhaust and a better torque converter if its an auto.

If you do it in an auto there's a good chance it would do it consistantly.

I should definetly be in the 14's after my rebuild , I have every mod listed there except a better torque converter. And I also have a Jet stage 2 chip , maybe that might help alot after the rebuild . Oh yeah , on the timeslips page it says Tim LeGros traped at 91 mph .Isnt that well good enough to get into the 14's ?? Maybe even to go as far as mid 14's ?

You might want to look into some type of custom programming on the computer. I think that the jet chip would loose any gains it would have given you when you start adding the bigger stuff (cams, heads, headers)

Yeah, Im definetly gonna do a re-program on the Jet stage 2 chip.Im hoping for some big gains after the re-program.

I was gonna say the same... If he build ran his car as good as I ran mine I am sure he coudl ahve gotten it.

I think with the setup I had and a littel more practice a 15.3 was doable out of my car...

I still have stock TB, Motor, computer, and exhaust manifolds.

Maybe his launch wasnt that great. I dunno , but that does sound like a good 14 sec car.

I still have not ever seen in my last 5-6 years of watching these cars ever seen a 3.4 trap higher then mine, which was 88 mph, I don't know wtf up with TIm legro's run, dunno, just hard to swallow.......

I hit an 87 mph once

Not sure, about Tim Legros if we had a 60" would be much better, any chance anyone can get in contact with him?

This is wierd, thinking back to how long I have looked at 3.4Ls I remember Tiago whn all your NRT stuff was on James Montigny's car before he even wrecked his car.
