A good 60'

I was wanting to know what is typical for a 60' on a manual with stock 3.23's. My best is 2.194 I was wondering if that is good or not and I had was stock motor/exhaust except for the SLP CAI.

On street tires and open rear my best was 2.26 and with lsd and nittos I got an amazing 2.197 [img]tongue.gif[/img]
That's with a 5-speed and 3.23s

My best 60' with an open rear, 3.23's, and 255 kumhos is 2.26.

On my 5 spd with the open rear and street tires I ran a few 2.0s and averaged 2.1s. Then added a LSD and drag radials and ran alot 2.0s and some 2.1s... :rolleyes:

mine was 3.23's and open diff also. So I am asumming that my 60' is a great 60'?

Wow...my best so far 60' is 2.42, altough you might say I am having serious traction problems right now.
My 60' times haven't really affected my 1/4 mile speed, just times. God I need suspension work.

Same here. My 60fts are just the same if not worse with the LSD. I really need to get some LCAs because I get massive wheelhop now.

it depends on what rpm your launching at too... higher rpm, more power, accompanied by good traction lower 60'...

LSD slowing you guys down, with 3.23-3.42 and LSD, I dropped about .15-.2 in my 60's consistently.

2.2s, with a few 2.1s, on my open diff, and 3.23s, but I have a 3.4L so its a little different.

I pulled a 2.18 but I can do a lot better now that I've got my LCAs :D

I could get 2.1's easy with my 3.42's and auto in my bird...too bad my times would suck @ 15.6's

my best with the open rear is 2.13, but i averaged 2.25 normaly...the 213 was on a nice hot summer day
i average 2.1x with the lsd, still havent gotten the launch down yet, best of....2.13...

What are your guys'best and average 60's on street tires?

mine is 2.027, and I average 2.0XXs.

I am hoping i can get my tires replaced under mileage warranty ;) then i will see if I can get a 1.9XX I am looking for.
