I don't know how long they would last, but if they don't last long, just get the nittos mounted on cheap rims, that way you can switch them out quickly and not have to worry about driving on them every day. Well I'm getting the nittos this week and I already have the cheap rims so they'll be mounted on them, but I wondered about just mounting them here and driving with them on there to AIS???
I wonder if I can even fit 4 rims and tires into my car to drive it there! [img]graemlins/crybaby.gif[/img]

They should last ~6-9k, but the problem with street driving them is you heat cycle them alot! Thus they will probably loose some of their stickiness. But IMHO they will still be better than street tires.Keith - 99 'maro - White M5 - bumpstick and boltons - 13.65 @ 101 N/A

I saw 12,000+ miles and almost 2 years of drag racing on my 245 50 nitto drag radials.
I drove from jersey to vermont endless times.
I drove from jersey to maryland a couple times.
I drove back and forth from E town (45 miles) all the time.
Nitto's were my daily driver tire.
My bf's though are very rarely driven w/ back and forth to the track :( One is already frigin bald from about 4-5 days worth of track racing :(Race car - gone but not forgotten - 1997 firebird V6
nitrous et & mph: 12.168 & 110.95 mph, n/a 13.746 & 96.38 mph
2013 Dodge Challenger SRT8: 12.125, 116.45
2010 Ford Taurus SHO: no times yet

Nittos last quite a while.
I always drove down to the track on them.
I've had them for over a year and they'd still be good if I didn't melt them flat on a private track rental (many VERY big burnouts and continous lapping). I never saw much wear at all from the street, just mainly from the track.
