• New best, but still needs work

I finally ran the car with the converter in. Keep in mind this was my first time launching the car at the track with the new setup, and the car was VERY hot from highway driving. I didn't have time to let it cool because the lines were getting longer.

2.081 60' on an aftermarket converter?

    I pull 2.121 and I almost always pull a 2.1xx on stock tires/suspension so something's up.

Either way the times aren't bad.

So going by your profile, you lost 3 tenths. That seems good for the first time you drove it at the track. Are you running drag radials?

because of the stock tires I could only launch at 2500 rpm, not 3000. One of the rear tires has lost quite a bit of tread, and the other is brand new.

        I tried launching at 3000..spun to a 2.2 60'

3 tenths on stock tires is pretty good.
