Yes, it will get better, trust me. You may have it easy going getting your et down, or you may want to pull your hair out like I have. Either way, the times will drop.

Man u got alot going for you. First off it is a 2000 camaro and you are in Texas. Very lethal combos. I have a 2000 camaro and i go 14.3 in the 1/4 mile so u have the potential.

Texas is a fairly good place to race. With the only draw back of humidity. We generally have great track temperatures, and the ambient air temperature is still beneficial when north of 85 degrees if you are running ram air. We are also almost as sea level at around 650 feet elevation. So we will have the lowest of most other locations.

So long as you pick the right time of the year, I don't see why you shouldn't break into the mid 15's if you've done any work to the car.

Redbird00 has a few things to make traction, a converter, intake and exhaust ran a 14.9 in Texas. I'm on his heals with a stock M49/Y87 car.
