Does anyone know if a 3.5" backspacing is correct to run 15x6 rims on the front? Anyone running this larger size on the front?

That sounds fine, but the BS is not really what you need to be concerned with.. it's the mounting surface on the back of the wheel. It needs to clear the calliper and not rub. You should mount the wheel and rotate it to see if there is any calliper contact. You'll have to experiment to see what works.2004 CE Corvette 10.86@132mph

What are you trying to accomplish with these rims? You probably won't save much weight over your factory wheel/tire combo. Go with the 15x3.5 and a 165/65/15 Metric Radial.www.fullthrottlev6.com
www.chitownracing.com
