so they would actually consider makeing EVERY LS-1 & LT-1 powered car have a roll bar, there goes 30-50% weekend business at the track.

hehe I was thinking that as well...
As for it I think it might be a rule at OSW...
Makes me feel safer, this track is a deathtrap anyways... Just ask Steve Grebeck when he ran 200+ mph in a 45 mile headwind, with sand blowing on the track. Ohh wait, you can't cuz he is dead, good thing the track had stuff to cut him out of the car, ohh wait they had to borrow tools from spectators.

quote:
Originally posted by RedbirdV6: CALL YOUR LOCAL TRACK, CHECK THEIR RULES, THIS IS NOT A RULE THAT IS REQUIRED BY NHRA!
They still consider a t-top car a coupe and it must follw coupe rules, although some tracks see it differently and it is their right to put this rule into effect. Its for your safety and to save their *** in the event of a wreck. I dont get why people get all pissy over these rules, they are safety rules and rules tracks must follow for insurance purposes. If you wanna go fast you gotta pay the price, and if you wanna blame somebody, blame the idiots who have accidents and then sue tracks, don't blame the tracks/nhra or the rules

Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
