Yea Im a SGt in the Army. Im a infantry solder. I did go and Im soooo dissapointed. My 60 fts stayed between 2.2 and 2.4 all night. My 1/8's were all around 10 flat and usualy between 73-76 mph. My 1/4 were 15.7 at between 82 and 85 mph. I just dont know whats going on and Im getting so frustrated??????? How do you pull a 15.7 at 82 mph? I could do 86 mph before I even put on the blower. 3 weeks ago when I got the 15.1 I was trappin anywere from 89-93 mph all night. Now I cant even pass 85 mph?? I need some help here guys.
I am mreally confused. It was running good and I took off my powerdyne to try out a new belt that I heard was better (gates) BTw Dayco is a much better belt than gates. And put the powerdyne back on. While I had the powerdyne off I painted it and the outlet tube green. A few days later I was having horrible misfires and I changed out my plugs. There two heat ranges cooler and there gapped at .35. They are champions. Other than that I cant think of anything else that changed. My fuel pressure is registering at 100 psi under boost. My boost guage is reading 8-9 psi. Oh, The night I ran the 15.1 I did it by letting a lot of air out of my right tire. It should be 40 psi in the tire and I let it down to 25 that night (I think) Last night I had the tire down to 21psi. Could this be why my mph are so low?
I'm not a forced induction genuis but here's my 2 cents.
8-9 lbs is a good about of boost. Are you running a FMU? Have you tried by-passing that? If your fuel pressure is maxed out at 100 lbs then you may have some fuel related issues.
You really need to make some runs with some scanning software hooked up. It can help point you in the right direction.

You've got to do this. It's probably the only way you are going to figure this thing out.
I'm not an expert at all on this, but do you have a way or monitoring your air fuel ratio? I'm not talking about a guage, I'm talking about autotap or autoxray. I have autoxray. It is a blessing. I can monitor my LT's, no problem.
You could be running anywhere from too rich/too lean, right now. I'm not saying that fuel is the issue, but it needs to be checked.
In my opinion, a tuning device is a must for forced induction, or nitrous. Computer tuning, or MAF tuning may be a must too. Otherwise, you're just pissin' in the wind. No offense. :D
