likely none at all.
60ft is how much traction you get, period.2002 5-spd NBM Camaro

it won't affect 60 ft. much at all, maybe a couple hundredths. the lower weight may affect traction in the rear, allowing for wheel hop. u might have to get lca's if this becomes a big problem. it will help u at higher speed tho, since something spinning weighs a lot more. expect to see ur mph go up and to lose maybe a tenth off ur 1/4 time.2001 Arctic White Firebird
More mods than I\'m allowed to list!

less rotating mass to the rear is always a good thing.....if your going from steel to aluminum expect about 2 to 3 HP at the rear wheel....If going from steel to carbon fiber you can expect around 5 HP at the rear wheel. As far as a lower 60 ft time I agree with the above statements...

to sum it up... it will but the difference will be unnoticeable.
In the entire 1/4 it will make a slight difference though.Keith - Chicago
HP Tuners - PCM Reprogramming
97 Firebird V6 to LS1 swap
V8 9.967@132.78 1.322 60\' NA Heads/Cam
V8 10.295@128.48 1.363 60\' NA Cam Only
V8 10.987@119.31 1.422 60\' NA Stock Internals
V6 13.674@98.22 NA
V6 12.394@104.91 N20 100HP
