  • low 15's right?

Ok last time i went to the track i ran a 15.8 at 87 with a 2.3 60', this was with just my 2.5'' catback and 3.08 rear. now I have slp cai, 3'' carsound cat, 3'' flowmaster catbcak, 3.42's and lsd. here's the thing, i ran a co worker tonight who runs 15.6's and i whipped him bad, off the line up to 70 when i shut down. what do you guys think? i know from what other people have its not in the 14's just yet but i can wish cant i?

Basing your performance off of a street race isn't a good way to judge performance.

    1. Drivers/cars will perform differently everytime, without timeslips to show anything you never really know what to think.

    2. Some drivers/cars are faster at the track than on the street, or the other way around.

But yes your car should be a low 15 second/high 14 second car easy. :D

Yeah, there's too many variables that can affect street driving and track driving. I was with my schools car club a few weeks ago and raced a Grand Prix Gt that had the zzp GT cam in it. Kid was guessing he was running high 14s with the cam. I raced him and only lost by like 2 cars. The next week I raced a bone stock V6 eclipse in the club and lost by like 3 cars. Both races were up about 105, and there's no way that eclipse is faster than the grand prix.
