        Thanks guys.

Shirl, the driver was definately off and I carried it for 10-15 feet. I'm not sure about the passanger tire. I'm sure the driver was higher though as I don't have a cage in yet, or sub frames (not going to do those).

This is how I remember it....

My first pass I did a nice burnout at 18 PSI.. staged at 2000 RPM's or so.. whacked it and spun a little then the tires grabbed and the car LEFT for a 1.5 60'.

Second pass, did a massive burnout at 15 PSI.. staged at 2500 RPM's.. whacked it even harder.. then everything happened so fast.. I was WHIPPED into the seat.. the car just wanted to move faster than I wanted it to. lol. I wasn't prepared for it at all. Then the car came down and I was a out of the groove. The car pulled to the left on the launch and I had to get back on course. The car just ripped down the track.. I got my timeslip and was like WOAH!

Thirs pass, big burnout at same PSI.. I spun to a 1.5 60'.. decided to call it a day.

I'm really looking forward to another 1.4 60'! What a rush!

RUQWIKR from ls1tech.com, the guy who currently holds the NA stock internal record of 11.27@120 has a heads/cam car now that runs 10.5's and he cuts 1.400's. His car lifts the wheels NICELY. It's very impressive. I'll probably go the same route with my car as he did his.

That's a really nice time. If mine could go on a diet and lose about 600 pounds I'd try and compete with ya but I don't see that happening.

I still don't think some people realize what goal you are referring to. Low 11's for a bolt-on car is flying. stock cam and stock heads people

And yes NA LS1s do drop into the 9s, but those are normally 422ci engines and the like.
