• yawn: just another track day.....

well i got in three runs all kinda the same:
this will be my base time to compare all my "spring" mods to..

#1
R/T .473
60' 2.166
1/8 9.612
MPH 73.10
1000 12.532
1/4 15.012
MPH 91.01
#2
R/T .281
60' 2.160
1/8 9.637
MPH 72.68
1000 12.573
1/4 15.066
MPH 90.52

#3
R/T .728
60' 2.102
1/8 9.956
MPH 72.55
1000 12.534
1/4 15.026
MPH 90.64

All runs were at 46-48*F, ENGINE TEMP ~ 160

So close to the 14.9 i ran at AIS2, but its what i expected, its a nice consistant base to build upon,, , anyone have any comments?

First, I like the hood. Second, your slip looks pretty even all around. I don't see any areas of weekness. For your times your MPH is fairly good, and your 1/8 mile are pretty solid. Did you run with your huge rims and tires on? If so, do you know their weight? Also, what happened on the third run after the 60'? Throw a slow shift or something like that? It looks like you had a good chance for a 14.9X slip except for whatever happened.

P.S. Good runs!

Those are some good numbers. I don't understand the third 1/8 time as compared to the other two though: it was your best '60 yet your worst 1/8 et, but the 1/8 mph, 1/4 et, and 1/4 mph are all basically the same. Weird. Good track numbers though, better than what I can put up.

Did you throw a crappy shift on the third run though? That looks like a 14.9X or a 15.00 timeslip at least to me except for something happened on the run... My best guess is that you hit off the rev limiter and threw your shift a little late? If I were you, I would go back and try to get another 14.9X again before modding.

P.S. I'm with camarorulz on this one.
