I thought the same thing, I have heard some stuff he runs.
I don't think he is being too judgemental, maybe jsut wanting the info. But like said seems to have a little bit of a secret thing with his car as well.

I think the time counts because if you watch drag racing, one guy ran a world record of 4.5 or so, then they said in order for it to "count" he had to back it up with a 4.6 or close, well he ran another 4.5ish. Im sure the funny car wont run that everytime, so would you tell him he doesnt have a world record? First hawgs is banned then there is all this hate flowing around at the top of the ranks. Jeff posts an email from Stefan allowing the bashing of the ATI kit then Batman and Stefan get into it over the ATI kit the you've got Stefan calling out Shirl and someone else who ran a big shot twice, James is caught in the middle, Slacker is smack talkin to James about his neon, Keith and Eric are in a relationship quarel, Shane buidls a turbo that looks 10 times better then Tiagos...

I believe shirl did it, I even talked to some people that I think she in the end had the most potential. Boost and juice go wonderfully with each other. Nitrous cools the intake temps. I can understand not believing alot of people on here but Shirl? I honestly think she is one of the more stand up people around. Actually I am not surprised she is a little offended.

I mean, asking her if her "car still runs" because somebody blew theirs up and asking her if she "feels like she is cheating"? Even if she wasn't only not disclosing her shot/boost because of your rudeness, so what? Plenty of racers wont lift their hood to show you whats under there. A fluke? She ran a 12.05x and another 12.0xx directly afterwards. Besides that, correct me if I'm wrong, but I didn't even see her say "I run 11s, I run 11s!!" She said what she did in fact run that night. Personally, I think she had the right to post what she posted and be happy about it. Don't you? So what, you "hate" nitrous and automatics (nice thing to say). Sheesh, have some class.

I agree Shirl, felt the same way, but like james said he is a numbers guy, somepeople work differently, no need to make a big fuss.
As for the board fallin apart. Everyone needs to swallow their pride, and not get so pissy about every little thing.
This is the way it works, people get pissy---> people get banned----> people leave because people get banned----> they come back under new names----> everything is fine and dandy for 3 more months. Its a vicious cycle.

I knew you were the fastest here. Just looking at your mph in et. in the past, you are faster than James and Magnus eventhough your time doesn't seem to go along with it. But it was a matter of time before you get to that 11 sec.
Who cares if you were running 15 psi of boost or 200 shot. Gosh Honda Civics are running 10 sec. with 30 psi of turbo boost. The main thing is your car took it and you made it.
Plus to top it all off, your car is not gutted or stripped like some of the guys here, YUK! You have all your accessories. It's all good to go and it's all good to show. [img]graemlins/thumbsup.gif[/img]
