I was looking at the timeslips page and noticed that only about 3 of us have the little numbers that list what boost and/or shot of nitrous we used to obtain our best ET. I feel that everyone's #'s should be listed so that we can get a better idea of how much power each car is making to obtain the ET. Also, what's fair is fair. Why should my #'s be posted up there, but not Joe Shmoe's. IMO, it should be mandatory for all 28 runners in the power-adders section to post their boost #'s/nitrous shots. Failure to do so should result in a deletion of their ET. Opinions on this?

Thats a good idea. I mean I dont have any power adders, but I have thought of them both (N2O and forced) before and would like to see what I would need to run a specific time. At least get an idea if you know what I mean?
Honor system? What's fair is fair. It's like saying ok, tell me what you did to achieve you're ET but I don't have to tell you. Hardly an honor system if you ask me. I, like others, constantly look up the stats to see how people are doing and how they are doing it. It's hypocritical to have my stats up there (for example), but not everyone else's in the power-adder section. I believe things need to be more concrete around here and less wishy-washy. Posting people's ET's without an actual timeslip submitted (which was done in the past) and/or posting their ET's without their boost #'s/nitrous shot is WRONG. Don't mean to vent on you Keith, but I call it as I see it. If that's how the slips page is going to be run, I'd like to ask you to remove my boost/shot #'s too. Thank you.

Been over a month now.
Since then I've:
- had a new best E.T., and
- blown my motor up.
But still no mention on the timeslip page to serve as a rememberance in my honor.

I don't want this to become a bashing thread or anything, that is not the intent. So people that haven't had their slip posted maybe you could make a new post and address your concerns toward that there. I don't want things to get off-topic for the original intention of my statement toward the posting of boost #'s/nitrous shots, etc. Thanks.

Well, it's keith's call, and i agree not to remove any, but i'd like to see that new posts and updated slips having to provide that info for validations sake.
We had a big stink raised a few weeks ago about sharing your mods... well, if we're going to mandate sharing mods, we have to back it up somewhere no? This would be the logical place.

I have a handful of timeslips that will get updated. Please do not re-submit them, that just adds to the problem.
Shirl, If you do not want your info up there it does not have to be up there. It's your choice. I don't force people to submit their boost # and nitrous info... Its just somethign that can help others. If you wish to help others and leave your info up there that's great! If you want to be secretive, it's your choice.
I Think i know who to trust on this board and who not to trust. I scan the timeslip submissions with a keen eye and weed out the bad ones. A few of the top dogs may not have slips up there but I do believe they ran those times. Not everyone as easy access to a scanner.
I do encourage though that the top dogs submit scanned copies.
