No snow down our way. Just a nice sunny crisp cold day with temps in the high 40's. Track was hooking very well once Seppo helped me out in the launching department.

It's been over a year since I had a full track pass, I was super rusty and need some more practice. I've had a dying clutch since this time last year and decided to wait 6 months + for SPEC to make an aluminum flywheel.

After getting the flywheel and Stage 3 clutch in I put 500 miles on it for the break-in. Then headed straight to the dyno on Saturday.

My car still has the 6 lb Powerdyne on it. I never had it dynoed or a full track pass with a working clutch so I wanted to run some numbers before advancing to the Mach ATI kit which still sits in the box. My motor is all stock, stock bottom end, heads, and valvetrain. Only motor mods are a Crower reground baby cam and home ported intake. (didn't want anyone getting their hopes up here)

                        http://www.carolinafbodyclub.com/iro...oinfo5_jpg.jpg

Dyno results on the 6lbs were 284/310. The car was running super lean above 4500 as you can see on the wideband graph. I'm currently not running an FMU b/c it was locking up the injectors with 100+ psi.

I knew the 50 wet shot would richen up the mix and with that it put down 339/444. That put the wideband graph on the rich side. As you can see this setup has a lot of potential with some tuning.

I was satisfied with the dyno numbers and hit the track with Seppo. Made a couple of 13.0 passes at 107 mph with 2.0 60's on Nittos. Managed to cut a 1.9 60 and run a 12.9 @ 107 for a new best. Noting super impressive but at least I finally got a 12 sec pass.

The mods list under Specs on my webpage is current for those wanting to know what I'm running.

Wanted to again congratulate Shirl on her best runs with this setup. With tuning, more track practice, drag tires and probly a 12 bolt I could make more out of it like you. :D
