Everyone quit the I should of could of, my car runs 9s, will hit 12s blah blah blah blah... crap. and take your Fecking car to the track, race it, get a time likely faster then mine, maybe slower, whatever it is, I don't consider it crap until there is a posted timeslip and some proof of the time.

Take car to track, race it, get times, post times, be respected.

Its been proven mods, money invested, whatever is all crap if you cannot get it to come together and go down the track.

An ex-busch sereis motor may make a car run 9s, the 60* v6 was used in alot of racing series. BUt until the motor is in an f-body, goes to the track and runs a good time...

Hey, don't be so mean.
I would LOVE to go to the track but I have this little thing called SNOW holding me up til at least April. But that's ok. It gives me more time to improve my beast. But please don't confuse me with some kid that pretends to have a 'high-tech super secret race engine' and a technical team to boot.

I don't I see you having a some serious power too, but I hate to say many of many people in the last few years building cars that in theory shoudl have had alot of water, people have been building up these great cars but never ran them?

I been around the v6 scene for maybe 5-6 years, and playing with 60* v6s for awhile looking at various buildups for my 2.8L, especially when I popped the motor, then moved onto my 3.4L, still had plans for both cars...

Just seen many people say, I will run such and such time, but never run or come close to it.

Just something that bothers me... I could care less if my record got beat 500 times over, I attained all the goals I every had for that car(well except one :mad: ) and even waaay exceeded those goals.

Funny, there is a problem with your logic. All of the examples that you sight were new innovations of their time. Only a small handful of people were involved in those great leaps in technology. The combustion engine and making it go faster is not new. F-body owners have been doing this for years not counting the numerous other foreign and domestic vehicles built for speed. The fact that you claim that it's top secret but yet 'blow your load' and proclaim that you will have a 9 second 60* is a contradiction onto itself. This is why you are getting flamed. As mustangeater said, too many people have proclaimed that there car would be this fast and then nothing happened. So why should we believe your claims any differently? I plan on running in the 13s and pushing the 12s. I document everything that I have done to my car and I still have a lot of work ahead of me. I don't really care if people know what I have done. You can have two different people using identical parts build the same motor. But the motors will be different just because of the fact that humans were involved. Everyone does everything different. Even if they are trained at the same school, there is always little habits that a person will pick up and do that no one else does. But really, a 9s n/a 60* V6 in a F-body. Back in the day, my dad would take blown 454s and install them in a tubbed out Vega and that would run 10s. So you would have to make that F-body weigh like 1000 lbs w/ driver and have the engine put out at least 600 horse to do what you claim. See why its soooooo unbelieveable.

I have not effort to put down others cars, I try to help everytime I can when I can, I admit a few people may get ignored, mainly becuase I leave my AIM on pretty much 24/7(I'm sure many of you have even talked to my girlfriend while I was at work)

I just shut down seemingly unrealistic dreams...

If you said you were going to run 9s n/a, and had a 12 second n/a car, then I woudln't be so rushed to attack you. But even then you know its 3 times harder to go from a 12 to a 9 then it is from a 15 to a 12. I know there are 60* v6s that put out gobbs of hp, they are no secret to the v6 f-body world. The fact you do not have any numbers, or anything to prove it, I call B.S., and like I said only way you are going to convince me is some numbers...

What track in FL was this at? I got relatives/friends all over the state, and willing to run at more then one track(actually been wanting too.. rumor is OSW is one of the worst tracks in the state)

Or even jsut show people on this board or another board a run, no need to tell your"big secret" ... :rolleyes: Just show its a 60* v6, and it ran what it ran...

As for 97 mph? what kind of gearing does the car have?, becaue that sounds like a low 14 possible high 13 on a f-body... not easily done but nice...


Actually I ran 95 mph in the 1/4, only 2mph slower then this one car. I may not be able to reach 9s, but 10s should be a breeze, just need to go do some research :rolleyes:

never seen matrix 2 remember all dreams are unrealistic until we find a way to make them real i have spent my entire life living my dreams they are my reality i have posted numbers and i gave you some of those in my posting here read through the prior postings and true it is extremly hard to make a v6 do anything but thats why i choose it over a v8 because this will require alot more thought for instant are you aware that there was teches developing a supercharger that would have become an option had they continued the 3rd gens many people are not aware of that it took me two years to find the right retired gm techs that were working on that project,my numbers are also posted on my home site where i moderate the v6 section again you need too read the threads to know what track but to give you assitance it was gainesville race way and yes im well known all over here and with my club which happens to be one of the fastest growing clubs in florida and members of my club and other clubs were present
