I never said my car was better than everything else either, i guess you just assumed/realized that and decided to defend yourself against something i never even said... Its quite understandable though, a primitive form of self preservation.

Exactly we know you think that ;) I could tell that form your first post [img]smile.gif[/img] And I know a Camaro with Zr1s is not spectacular and doesn't stand out... that is becase my car is pretty much stock, I doubt it will stand out at all...


As for the post above this for my Zr1s not being an upgrade... what the feck are you talking about... sure they may not help in the 1/4 mile but you do know some people don't "live there life one 1/4 mile at a time" and compete in other forms of racing. I know Kuhmo 712s, are not the greatest tire ever and I didn't get ultra lightweight rims, I am on a budget... If I had money to splurge on other things I would be driving some thing with a v8 and not a v6 then... For the tires, I had pretty much 3 choices... sumitomo HTRZ, Kuhmo 712s, and Yokohama es100's reviews on tirerack rated 712s better, dry traction. Though they are read to have a problem of wearing quickly, I figure, people rated them the best ans since they are the cheapest I will give them a try, better then bald Eagle GA's [img]smile.gif[/img] Actually I think for the cost, well worth it... I am sure I coudl get somethng like Falken Azeninas(probably the best non-pure competition tire out there) but those can be a bit pricey and I drive my car.

As for my rims being as common as Cobra Rs on a Mustang? Not really most people splurge for the Chrome zr1s... I didn't want to fork up the money for them, anyways... don't be thinking your rims are too original yourself...
