  • Elevated Tracks Question

I was going to go to the track coming up soon... but then I remembered that I am at 4,500ft or so, and I was wondering what kind of times I would run. While the practice would be nice, since I have never been to the track, I am a little afraid of my times...

if actual elevation is that high, then your times will suffer badly because the DA will be even worse...dont expect too much when you go, and who cares about what u will run, just have fun!!!

Yea, what Lance said. If your altitude is 4500, your DA is likely to be 6000+ on a hot summer night. Low 16's would be a small miracle is that's the case. 4500 DA then you could see some low 16's pretty easy IMO.
