first time I ever took it out few years before I owned it I ran 15.8s
And I see at the track numerous times people with 2000s like mine rnning mid 16s...

I ran 16.8 stock with 3.08s open diffy. Next time, with exhaust, 3.42s and lsd I ran 15.8. Combination of weather, and a little different setup. Don't be disappointed if you run badly the first time. On the other hand, don't go out there expecting to run bad either.
