  • 13's..... damn you mother nature!

Well, last saturday, full size front tires, 14.07 N/A!

I figured I could sneak into 13's N/A with just my skinnies.

    WRONG!

    Mod's from last saturday:
    Weld drag lite 15 X 3.5's w/ 175 80 15's
    EGR delete
1/2 tank of vs vs almost empty

    Weather hurt me.

Humidity was 74 and higher, and then track got rained out :(

    Last week, curb weight 2960
This week, curb weight 2920 w/ more gas in it.

Everyone at the track was typically 3+ tenths slower and 3-4 mph slower :(

    Shortly after that, it rained!!!

Sigh, I guess I can not complain, 14.1 in CRAPPPY humidity but I SOOOO wanted my 13's N/A

    Oh well, I'll try again

New curb weight though, 2920, woot!

      Actually, I'm always learning.

I think I'm experiencing issue's w/ brakes, i can only hold till 2700-2800 rpm,s and then the car creeps.

      And a lazy caliper

hmm.... wierd. maybe flush the fluid? OR do you think its the skinnies? Not enough grip on the ground?

No, cause it is the same set up.

I have felt one caliper seeming like it is a bit lazy.

Maybe I should take the time to flush it out completely

Nice times none-the-less! You guys should try out some 5000+ feet DA's sometime:) Then you won't complain when the DA's are getting close to 1000'.
