I'm having some problems with the car right now, so likely my install is a few weeks off now :(

Everything's installed I got the car back Saturday. It runs great, when you brake stall it launches like a bat out of, well anyway you get the idea. I'm probably going to the track Friday night, barring weather issues.. It's 14's or bust.....

It's 3300 on the stock cam, but that will go up with a new cam... ;) I'm dealing with some tuning issues at the moment. I ran slower times Friday than before the mods. I looked under my hood when I stopped for gas and noticed all of my plug wires were touching when they crossed each other. I'm going to change them this week and make sure none of them are touching. If that doesn't work I'm going to try and find someone with AutoTap to take logs of my car and see if I'm getting some KR. I've heard of aftermarket verters causing KR due to the increased noise. If that's the case then I'm going to Radio Shack and getting a resistor to desensitze them a bit. I don't know does anybody have any ideas?

not a clue, what noise though?? is it really louder inside? does your car breakem loose good?

also, I have heard of 3.42 swaps throwing codes so you might check that out. anyway, good luck

I've had 3.42's all along I'm changing my plug wires either today or tomorrow. If that does nothing I'll change the plugs and possibly the coil packs. Then it's AutoTap and possible desensitzation of the knock sensors.

I've never heard of having to desensitize the knock sensors for anything other than a cam.

I know I get as much as 8degress of kr when I use 87 octane at WOT. 92 or higher clears that right up!

Doesn't it just pi$$ you off when you add a mod and then you run slower cause something else goes bad? I feel your pain ...good luck.

Get autotap on there to look for misfires and such...

It's rare but I've heard of Aftermarket verters causing a little knock retard, due to clutch noise or something like that. I'm going to try and get Auto Tap on it soon. I'm going to change out the plug wires as soon as I get here. I will use that wire loom stuff to keep them from arcing off one another. They were all touching each other when I looked under the hood Friday night. I may go ahead and change the plugs and coil packs while I'm at it.. We'll see one way or another.
