Here's a closeup of the doorbar at the main hoop. On Wolfe's jig, they placed the door bars slightly above the crossbar. I like the crossbar in the same place, but with the doorbar slightly BELOW the crossbar. This should make it easier to get in and out... after all, this IS my daily driver...

that packing is very typical for roll bars...

every one i've seen has been packed that way, and a few driveshafts as well...

looks good...could you please take pics comparing the two door bar locations from a side angle?

If I get a chance to. The bar is loaded up to go to the powdercoater tomorrow morning (in a few hours... geez). I'll try to take a pic of it in the other location before we weld it together.
