• POLL: What does your car weigh

Post weight reduction (if any) weight with driver, and weight without driver.

Removed spare and jack
3275
+ ~155 (me) = 3430 race weight last time at the track.

I haven't seen a poll like this, so I thought the results would be interesting for comparison purposes in one thread.

I posted something on it a long while back in the autocross forum. I scaled my car at lexus one day, 4 corner.
Anyway, I'm quite eager to do it again -- haven't weighed it in what must be nearly a year, and have done some decent weight reduction / parts switching / removing since then.

Your local track should have a scale.

Without me...

My 94 weighed a best of a 3160, full trim, only jack and spare removed. (ran this way when I ran my 15.4)

With , carpet, seats, interior removed, and stripped. The car weighend 3020 without me.(I really wish the car was running good then maybe some new bests.)

I weighed 280-300ish lbs.

My current car, no idea, track scale was closed and locked up everytime I took my current car. I really wanna know I am assuming a decent amount more then my 94 since it has lots of options.

Weigh it at a Roadside scale. There should be roadside weigh stations on your local interstate- Now, they ARE for trucks, but if you tell the atendant, and be cool about it (maybe give him a few bucks) it can happen. There are concrete scales near my house for weighing loads, they charge 5 bux to weigh ANYTHING. Oh yeah, My car weighs 3100 lbs with ALL of the interior, jack, spare, seats 50 lbs of tools IN it. I love my Thirdgen
