Unless your a 4 year old the back seat is entirely useless in these cars anyway.

Tight fit with the bar between the seat and the door, does that rub on the arm rest?

It does barely touch the arm rest. With the side bar attached in the position it was meant for (above the crossbar instead of below) it doesn't touch the armrest.

Getting in isn't a problem... just slide on the bar on your way in and you'll land right in the seat. Getting out is a different story, but it's not too difficult when you just put your hand on the bar and just push yourself up.

Amputees

I was amazed at how clean the floor boards are under the carpet in your car Skinny. Of course the last bare floorboards I saw were on a 63 Falcon. I can't wait to rip my car apart now.
Thanks for the motivation.

Powdercoat looks good.

Finally got all the interior in. I'm not too proud of the cuts on the carpet or the rear trunk panels. Especially with the plastic, you only get one shot to cut it right and well, I missed.... a couple times.... Anyways- here are some pics.

Passenger side

Driver side

Rear

Passenger rear bar

Driver rear bar

Custom crotch strap bracket aka: "The cockbar"

door bar, driver

main hoop, driver side

doorbar, passenger

...Why did you put the rear seats back in? They're pointless now and are just unnecessary weight.

The rear seats are in because it looks alot better with them there. They will usually come out for the track.

Looks great.

On the rear panels you can prob. find some rubber sealer/liner to make that look better.
