  • Best drag radials for street use?

I'm looking for more traction. my rear suspension is almost completely redone except for a torque arm, LCA relocation brackets, springs, and shocks. I also have LSD in the rear diff. I'm thinking it's in my tires right now. I'm looking for the overall best drag radial. The areas I'm concerned about are Traction, Tire Wear, and Cost. I've gone thru a set of stock goodyear 235-55-16's, kumho ecsta supra 712 255-50-ZR16, and Falken 255-50-R16's and my car has 51k on the odo. I bought the car new, so I've gotten all these cars. I figured I'd post this in here since you guys have more experience w/ drag radials than the guys in the suspension section.

Nitto's last about 10k-15k miles if you arent hard on them, the BFGoodrich hook better but dont last as long, and im not sure how the Mickey Thompson drag radials work...

      Nitto Drag radials.
      I had 245 50 16's for 2 race seasons.
They were my daily driver tire.
I saw about 12,000+ miles out of them.

I have BFGoodrich drag radials, but they are not my daily drivers. I have never spun with these tires, always hooked.

                19.5 psi
Quick snap in the water box
                Roll out
                Start spinning
Once smoke is seen count 5-7 seconds
Roll out spinning allowing it to slowly grab

                I got a 1.731 60 with those
