It may increase the overall weight of the car, but the distribution of the weight will be much more ideal. You want the weight centered over the rear axle, not way up front holding the nose down. Since you cannot easily make a kit that is centered right over the axle and still pass tech for NHRA and such, the back "cubbie" area is the next best thing.<a href=\"http://www.fullthrottlev6.com\" target=\"_blank\">www.fullthrottlev6.com</a> THE SOURCE!

Battery is back under the hood.
Too much of a nightmare w/ starting issues.
And it would get WORSE once I start sitting in the pits w/ both bottle warmers on!
Time to get a light weight battery..... should put me under 2900 pounds, WOOT!Race car - gone but not forgotten - 1997 firebird V6
