• UPDATE: "video of my" 1st time bracket racing

we were at Norwalk in Ohio yesterday. I went with the autolite crew and it was a lot of fun. My dial in runs were awesome. I went 14.679 @ 94 on the first run then i went 14.67 @94 in the second. the third run i let my girlfriend ride along with the video camera and i went 14.74 @ 93. I'll try to get the video on here soon. I dialed in at 14.70 with the intentions of hittin the brakes at the end but that didn't work so well. i ended up running 14.59 @ 90.2. It was fun though. I was really consistant on my dial ins, and i had a huge crowd of people just staring at my car wondering what i did. nobody could believe it was a 3800. I shut a lot of people up with the timeslips though.

Bracket racing is Awesome
I am so hooked on it now. How far did you get, semifinals? any awards for winners or runner-ups?
I am thinking of entering the Mod ET divisoon this Saturday. Winner gets $600 and runner up gets $100. 3rd and 4th get $50.
Way to go. nice times.

unfortunately, i broke out in the first round. against a 17.70 second v-10 truck. i guess the anticipation of catching him made me drive really good, because i went 2.1 60' and from what i can tell, i woulda ran a 14.50 if i wouldn't have let off the gas. so my time slowed to a 14.59 and i lost about 5 mph and still broke out by more than the truck did. i guess i shoulda dialed in faster than what i did because the temp there dropped to about 50 and like 40% humidity. oh well, i do better next time.

I'm posting Timmy's race compalation. The looks on some peoples faces when he opens the hood and they see it's a 3800... priceless.

He keeps up with me pretty good, I'm gonna start worrying when he gets the N2O done.

Nice video. It looks like you were sleeping at the line on that second run with the camera in the car.
Nice Job on the times though.
