it does say 4100 lbs. if you look though, there is another number there that tells you the packaging weight, it should be like 701 lbs. you subtract that from the 4100 lbs and you get 3399lbs. thats how much your car weighs stock. or should weigh i should say.

Yeah, highly unlikely, however...... with a loss of 400lbs., I would think an 11.5 or 11.4 might be doable... That's a lot of weight loss though. The only other thing I can think of is replacing stock parts with lightweight ones... ahh, I dunno... I like my car in one piece. I think I've escaped damaged to my car (enough times at the track too) and I like it in one piece.. The only reason I'd lighten it up a little bit now, is for the street when those pesky little Stangs, Vettes and other f-bodies pull up looking for action.. ;)
