Hmm...No doubt a BIG part of the secret in stock eliminator is the PERFECT suspension setup. I would like to know his cam specs and such, because I know the LS1 based stock eliminator cars have to run stock lift cams, and have alot of other restrictions. They actually setup the valve springs to have float at higher rpm's to yield more lift We setup our current racecar stock eliminator-ish. The big difference is that we put a strong motor in ours, as apposed to a low lift cam and such.
I love the way they launch, and then come down so nice (usually), and that's where they get alot of their ET down. If I had the money, I'd set mine up as such and see what I could do with 250rwhp. It is a very expensive setup as far as the suspension goes, nothing just thrown on, and it is as hard to tune it as it is to tune the motor!
